Return & Cancellation Policy

At Ale Nasir, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our historical replica swords. Each piece is custom-made to order. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns or Refunds

All items are customized and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the labor-intensive nature of this work and the unique specifications of each order:

We do not offer returns or cash refunds. * Once an order is placed and production begins, all sales are final.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Advance Payment: You may cancel your order at any time without any obligation if the advance payment has not yet been made.
After Advance Payment: Once the advance payment is received, it is immediately used to source materials and begin the forging process. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible, and the advance is non-refundable.

3. Repair-Only Policy for Defects or Damage

In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant damage from transit, we do not offer replacements or refunds. Instead, we offer a professional repair service.

Notification: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue.
Evaluation: We will assess the damage. If the issue is a verified manufacturing or transit defect, we will authorize a repair.
Process: The item must be sent back to our workshop. We will professionally restore the piece to its intended quality and return it to you.
Shipping for Repairs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover the cost of the repair,

4. Exclusions from Repair

This policy does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or improper storage.
Natural variations in the metal, wood, or leather (as these are handcrafted items).
Minor aesthetic differences from museum artifacts, as each piece is a unique reconstruction.
