Advances: A non-refundable advance payment is required for all custom orders.
Balance: The final balance, including shipping, must be paid before the item is dispatched.

Import Responsibility: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that importing decorative historical models is permitted in their country or state. We are not responsible for items delayed or seized by customs due to local regulations.
