Shipping policy

1. Production & Processing Time

  • Custom Craftsmanship: Production begins only after the advance payment is confirmed.

  • Lead Time: Depending on the complexity of the design, production typically takes 4–6 weeks.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship our decorative pieces globally to collectors and educational institutions, with the exception of India. * Note: Due to shipping and customs complexities, we currently do not offer shipping to India.

3. Calculation of Shipping Charges

To ensure the most accurate pricing for our customers, shipping costs are determined only after the item is completed.

  • Post-Manufacturing Weighing: Once your piece is manufactured and placed in its protective transit packaging, we calculate the final cost.

  • Weight & Volume: Charges are based on the actual weight and the volumetric dimensions of the final package.

  • Shipping Payment: You will be sent a separate invoice for the shipping total once these measurements are finalised. The package will be dispatched only after the shipping invoice is paid.

4. Exclusive Courier Service

We utilize DHL exclusively for all global shipments to ensure the highest standard of reliability, speed, and professional handling for our fragile decorative pieces. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email to monitor your package.

5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Any import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Local Compliance: As the importer, it is your responsibility to ensure that decorative historical models are permitted for entry into your country. We are not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs authorities.
